I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the level of care and service provided at Clinic Santa Maria International Medical Center in Santa Maria del Cami. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the reception staff. The facility itself is clean, modern, and well-equipped, creating a comfortable environment for patients. They speak english, german and spanish as well. The medical staff, including Doctor Haydee Gontek, are incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explain diagnosis and treatment options, and address any questions or uncertainties I had. En el transcurso de estas navidades, di positivo en Covid 19. No podía salir de casa, me sentía sola, frustrada y muy preocupada sin saber qué hacer ni a quién recurrir porque cada día me sentía peor. Evidentemente llamé al 061 en 2 ocasiones, pero sus indicaciones lamentablemente no me resultaron de ayuda. A través de una amiga médico que precisamente en esos días se encontraba en el otro lado del charco, me dio el contacto de la Dra. Haydee Gontek. Mi experiencia fue espectacular. Me brindó humanidad, sensibilidad y dedicación. Me sorprendió gratamente su extraordinario conocimiento por el nivel de sus preguntas y evidentemente en mi caso por su tratamiento efectivo. Telefónicamente me pidió toda la información que precisaba, me solicitó que le enviara una foto bien nítida de mi garganta (la tenía destruida) para que pudiera hacer una valoración más exhaustiva y concluyó para darme sus indicaciones. Me tranquilizó saber que estas eran exclusivas para mí y acorde a mis síntomas. El Covid 19 tiene el mismo nombre para todos, reacciones muy diferentes en cada uno de nosotros, pero sin duda alguna lo que marca la diferencia en su recuperación, es la suerte de caer en buenas manos. ¡Eso es determinante! Muy recomendable y tremendamente agradecida a la Dra. Haydee Gontek.
